About Herself’s Houston Garden
Gardening has been a hobby of mine for as long as I can remember. I find it a great way to relax after working on the computer and a great excuse to get out and play in the dirt.
Each generation since the turn of the last century has made an effort to make the planet a cleaner, nicer place. One way to do this is to garden.
You can use your garden to provide homes for wildlife, supplement your groceries and cut down on your home’s energy use. You can make your neighborhood a prettier place with your garden. It’s a simple inexpensive way to make the world a little bit nicer.
I was born and raised south of Boston and moved to the Houston area in May of 2005. I have a Master of Science Degree in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in both Computer Science and Physics. I am a member of the The Woodlands Garden Clubboard and The Montgomery County Master Gardeners.
